韓國藝術家李在孝作品 《0121-1110=113017》設置於華邦電子竹北大樓前方，圓管相互連結的造型與企業形象相呼應，盼能讓新竹高鐵園區周邊企業感受藝術的美好。

作品說明  Introduction：
韓國當代知名藝術家李在孝2012年受邀來台，以東和鋼鐵企業股份有限公司提供之廢鋼做為創作材料，將許多不同尺寸的圓管經過精密地排列組合、焊接打磨等過程後，每個小圓皆與彎曲鋼筋結合為一大主體，看似簡單的元素，卻是繁複的精密結構。
自90年代發表作品以來，李在孝的創作理念建構在典型東方精神上，關注材料的原始本質，作品大多以圓形幾何造形呈現，試圖重返或延續自然界的原初狀態。恰相呼應的是，藝術家一直以來都使用西方阿拉伯數字系統為作品命名，《0121-1110=113017》內含藝術家自身姓名的韓文拼音及作品編號，如同轉譯的數字密碼；藝術家希望無論大人或小孩，每個人看到作品都能激發自己的想法，都能去感受作品特色，似追求一種沒有文化背景差異或隔閡的普世狀態；也透過藝術，重新與環境和自然產生互動與聯結。

The well-known Korean artist Lee Jae Hyo was invited to create art work with steel scraps provided by Tung Ho Steel Enterprise Corporation in 2012. Through a precise process of arranging, welding, and polishing, each small tube is combined with curved steel bars. The seemingly simple combination is actually a complex and sophisticated structure.
Since the publication of his works in the 90s, Lee's artistic concepts have originated from the typical Asian spirit and focused on the natural essence of the materials. Most of his works were in circular geometric shapes, intended to return to and continue from the origins of nature. Along the same lines, the artist has always used the Western Arabic numerical system to name his works. “0121-1110=113017”, for instance, turns bits of his Korean name into a code of numbers. Ultimately, Lee's goal is to interact and reconnect with the nature and the environment through his art works. He hopes that all who view his work, young and old, can be stimulated with a limitless imagination.
